BY-LAW 95-1
Being a By-law to amend By-law 79-68, as amended, and to
appoint Members to the Clarke Museum Board.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it expedient
to amend By-law 79-68, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law 79-68 be amended by adding the following thereto:
1 . THAT the following persons be appointed for a term concurrent
with the term of the appointing Council or until a successor
is appointed:
Fran Austman, 9669 Highway 35, Box 558, Orono, LOB 1M0
Angela Harris, 10, 060 Old Scugog Road, Burketon, LOB 1B0
Donald Igbokwe, 1 Rutherford Drive, Newcastle, L1B 1G7
Simon Packwood-Greaves, 3384 Concession Road 7, Orono, LOB 1M0
Donna D. Robins, 4552 Highway 2, Newtonville, LOA 1J0
Darlene Sullivan, 53 James Street, Newcastle, L1B 1C3
