THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-law Number 78-94
A By-l aw to amend Restricted Area By-l aw
Number 2111 of the former Township of
Oarl ington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 2111
of the former Township of Darlington, as amended.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS as follows:
.
1. Key Map 12 of Schedul e I A I to By-1 aw 2111, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing to I R2 I the zone des i gna tion of the
lands indicated as "lONE CHANGE to R2'I on the attached Schedule
"X" hereto.
2. Thi s By-l aw shall come into effect on the date hereof, subject
to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
