THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 78-92
being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 76-30
being a by-law to provide for the regulating
of parking and stopping on Highways or parts
of highways under the jurisdiction of the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it expedient to amend By-Law No. 76-30, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(1) THAT Schedule "B" of By-Law No. 76-30 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:-
"(Miscellaneous Locations) - No Parking

Column III

Times & Days

Township
of Darlington
249 meters(815 ft.)

BY-LAW READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 25th day of September, 1978
