BY-LAW NO. 78-82
A By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 1587
of the former Town of Bowmanvi11e
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 1587, as amended, of
the former Town of Bowmanvi11e;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS as follows:
1.
Schedule "B" to By-law 1587, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting Section 1.7 of Special Condition 7, and
replacing therefor the following section 1.7:
1.7' Parking
Notwithstanding any provision of Section 7.16 to
the contrary, the minimum parking requirements for
industrial uses in the defined area shall be one space
for every 750 feet of gross floor area of all structures
or buildings erected on the lot, and no portion of any
parking area in any front yard or exterior side yard
shall be closer than 5 feet to any front lot line or
exterior side lot line. Not more than one parking
space for every 2000 square feet of gross floor area
of all buildings and structures located on the lot
shall be located in any front yard".

2. This By-law shall come into effect on the date herof,
subject to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
