By-law Number 78_71
A By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law
Number 2111 of the fermer Twnship of Darlington,
as amended.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it advisable
to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 2111 of the former Township of
Oarl i ngton;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS AS FOllOWS:

1. Section 4(e) of By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding after the words "Land Title s Office", the
fo 11 owi ng:
"or where such a lot is created as a result of expropiation,
or as a result of conveyance of iand to an authority with
expropiation powers, and, but for such conveyance the lands so
conveyed would have been expropriated.
2. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof, subject
to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
