'!HE OORPORATION OF '!HE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law #78-66
Being a By-Law to amend By-Law #76-11 as amended
WHEREAS on the 1st day of March 1976 the Council of the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle passed By-Law #76-11
being a By-Law to authorize speed limits on Highways under the
jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle; and
WHEREAS By-Law #76-11 was amended on the 6th Day of September,
1977 by By-Law #77-64; and
WHEREAS Council deems it expedient to further amend By-Law #76-11
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED and it is hereby enacted as a By-Law
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, as follows:
1.
THAT Part II of Schedule "B" of By-Law #77-64 be
amended by deleting all the words in Column III
of Subsection 2 and substituting the following words:
"1500 metres north of 7th Line Road,
(Highway between Concession 6 and 7
former Clarke)"
Read a first and second time this Fourteenth day of August 1978
