NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle hereby enacts as follows:-
1. TIIAT Section 7 (e) of By-Law # 78-34 be deleted and the
following New Section 7 (e) be inserted in By-Law # 78-34.
