The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts
as follows:-
1) '!HAT the Town enter into a Site Plan Developnent Agreement with
Mr. R.G. Stephenson
2) '!HAT the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to sign the Site Plan Developnent Agreement and impress
the Corporation Seal thereon.
By-Law Read a first and second time this 19th day of June, 1978.
By-Law Read a third and final time this 19th day of June, 1978.
