THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 78-45
Being a by-law to assume certain streets on Registered
Plans 698 and 703 as Public Highways in the Town of
Newcastle.
BE IT ENACTED, and it is hereby enacted as a By-Law of the Corporation of
the Town of Newcastle by the Council thereof as Follows:-
1. THAT the streets described in Registered Plans 698 and 703, all
being in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of
Durham, are hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle as public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation
for public use.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time, and finally passed this .177.~. day
