BY-LAW 78-33
A By-law to amend By-law 76-25, being a by-law
to regulate signs in the Town of Newcastle, as
amended by By-law 76-67
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it expedient
to amend By-law 76-25, as amended, of the Town of Newcastle;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS as
follows:
1. Sectidn 4(8) of By-law 76-25 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
"In addition, a roof sign may be affixed to a flat roof
in any CRD Zone."
2. Section 8(2)(c)(iii) of By-law 76-25 is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
"except that in the CRD Zone, a roof sign may extend
above the height of a flat roof but may not exceed a
height of~" '}..{ fu.r
This By-law shall become effective on the date of final passing hereof.
