BY-LAW NUMBER 78-30
A by-law to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 2111,
as amended, of the former Township of Darlington
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 2111, as amended,
of the former Township of Darlington.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS as follows:
1.
Section 9A of By-law 2111 is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following subsection (c)
"(c) SPECIAL PROVISIONS
1. MQ-l, Part of Lot 13, Broken Front Concessi.on, Darlington
Notwithstanding any provisions of Section 9A to the contrary
that parcel of land located in part of lot 13, Broken Front
Concession, and designated MQ-l on the attached Schedule "A"
hereto may be used for the purpose of a transportation depot
and for the manufacture of concrete, provided that all
buildings are erected in compliance with the zone provisions
of the M2 zone."

2. Key Map 28 of Schedule nAil to By-law 2111, as amended, is
hereby further amended by changing to MQ-l the zone
designation of the lands designated "Z0NE CHA,NGE TO MQ-l"
on the attached Schedule "Xl hereto.
3. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof,
subject to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board.
