THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEl-lCAS TLE
BY-LAW NO. 78-27
being a by-law to amend By-law No. 76-18 being
a by-law to regulate refreshment vehicles in the
Town of Newcastle
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts
as follows:
1. That By-law No. 76-18 is hereby amended by the addition of the
following paragraph 5(i):
5. (i) The Vehicle shall not be used to vend goods within
200 feet of any eating establishment, school groun~,
recreation ground, ~layground or public park.
BY-LAW PE\D A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME ard finally passed this
