THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NE"WCASTLE
By-Law No. 78-22
Being a by-law to authorize the sale of property as
more particularly hereinafter described to the
Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority_
WHEREAS the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority wish to purchase
the property more particularly hereinafter described;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle is willing to sell
the property more particularly hereinaf.',',er described to the Central Lake Ontario
Conservation Authority;
NOW THEREFORE be it enacted by the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle as fo11ows:-
ALL and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle
in the Regional Municipality of Durham, Province of Ontario,
and being composed of all that portion of Block 0, Registered
Plan Number 198, togethe-r with a portion of unsubdivided Lot
Eleven (11) in the Broken Front Concession, all in the former
Town of Bowmanville, County of Durham, more particularly designated
as Part Two (2) according to Plan lOR 799, deposited in the Land
Registry Office for the Registry Division of NewcP'.,.t1e (#10) on
February 27, 1978.
THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and affix the
Corporate Seal on behalf of the Corporation, a deed conveying the
aforesaid property to The C~ntral Lake Ontario Conservation
Auth...:"'~-ty.
BY-LAW READ A first and second time this 27th day of March, 1978.
BY-LAW READ A third time and finally passed this 27th day of March, 1978.
