THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 78-14
A By-law to amend Land Use Control By-law Number 73-15 of the
former Village of Newcastle, as amended.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it advisable
to amend By-law 73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Plate "B" of By-law Number 73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle
is hereby amended by adding to column 1 below the words "Assembly Hall"
the words ItBarber Shop" .
2. Plate "B" of By-law Number 73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle
is hereby amended by adding to Column 1 below the WOld "Greenhouse".

the words HHairdressing Salon".
3. Plate "BII of By-law Number 73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle
is hereby amended by adding the symbol "",," to column 13 opposite the
words "Barber Shop".
4. Plate':B" of By-law Number 73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle
is hereby amended by aiding the symbol ".11 to column 13 opposite the
words ItHairdressing Salon".
5. This By-law shall come into force on the date it is passed by the
Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle subject to
receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
