THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 78-114
Being a by-law to establish Standing Committees
and the Members thereof for the period December 4th,
1978 to December 31st, 1979.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby
enacts as follows:-
1. Composition of the Standing Committees for the period December 4th,
1978 to December 31st, 1979, shall be as follows:
(a) Public Works Committee
Councillor Ivan M. Hobbs, Chairman
Councillor William Clarke
Councillor Jasper W. Holliday
Councillor Maurice Prout
~ (b) Community Services Committee
Councillor Maurice Prout, Chairman
Councillor Keith Barr
Councillor Wm. Clarke

(c) Finance & Administration Committee

(d) Planning & Development Committee

2. The Mayor shall be a Member of all Committees.
