THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 78-11
Being a by-law to appoint a By-Law Enforcement Officer
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts
as follows:-
1. THAT Larry Simpson is hereby appointed BY-Law Enforcement Officer
of the Town of Newcastle during the pleasure of Council.
2. Larry Simpson shall be paid for his services such sum annually
as the Council shall by Resolution or By-law, from time to time,
determine.

3. The said appointment shall be effective the Thirteenth day of
February, 1978.
RE~ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME and finally passed this 27th day
of February, 1978.
