THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW No. 78-109
WHEREAS by Agreement dated the Ninth Day of
December, 1969, between Ontario Hydro and the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington (which Agreement is hereinafter called the
"Street Lighting Agreement"), the Corporation contracted with the
Ontario Hydro for the lighting of streets in that area of the Town
as described in the Corporation of the,rownship of Darlington By-
Law No. 2425:
AND WHEREAS the Corporation desires that the Street
Lighting Agreement shall also apply to an additional area in the
Town as hereinafter described:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1.
THAT the Street Lighting Agreement shall apply to
that additional area in the Town as hereinafter
described, namely:-
.
DARLINGTON INDUSTRIAL PARK.
Lot 28, Broken Front Concession, former Township
of Darlington.
PROGRESS DRIVE
COURTICE COURT
2.
THAT 100% of the costs incurred by the Corporation
under the Street Lighting Agreement for the lighting
of streets in the said additional area shall be ass-
essed and levied on the rateable property in the area.
3.
THAT 0% of the costs so incurred by the Corporation
shall be paid by the Corporation.
