THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-law Number' 78- lOt,
A By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law
Number 1587, as amended, of the former Town
of Bowmanvi 11 e.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 1587, as amended,
of the former Town of Bo~manville.
NOW THEREFORE the Counci 1 of the Corporation of the Town of Nev/castl e
ENACTS as follows:

Section 3 of By-law 1587, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding after Subsection 3.6, the following Subsection 3.6A:
"3.6A

means an Apartment House operation by or for the Corporation

of the Town of Newcastle, the Ontario Housing Corporation,
or any non-profit organization and occupied primarily by

persons 65 years of age or older"

Section 7.16 of By-law 1587, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding, after subsection 15, the following sub-
ion
section 15A:

Senior citizens Apartment - 0.25 spaces for each dwelling unit"

3. This By-law shall come into eff(~ct on the date hereof. subject
to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
