THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 78-104
being a by-law to rescind By-law No. 78-78
being a by-law to expropriate certain lands
required for the installation of a culvert for
the Foster Creek under the Road Allowance between
Concession 2 and 3 of the Geographic Township of
Clarke, formerly the County of Durham, now within
the limites of the Town of Newcastle.
The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

THAT By-law No. 78-78, passed by the Council of the Town of Newcastle
on the 14th day of August, 1978, being a by-law to expropriate certain
lands required for the installation of a culvert for the Foster Creek
under the Road Allowance between Concession 2 and 3 of the Geographic
Township of Clarke, formerly the County of Durham, now within the limits
of the Town of Newcastle, is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME and finally passed this 6th
day of November, 1978.
