By-Law No. 78-102
Being a by-law ~o amend By-Law No. 78-53
being a by-law ~o gove~n ~he p~oceeding~
06 ~he Council 06 ~he Town 06 Newca~~le,
any 06 i~~ Commi~~ee~, ~he conduc~ 06 it~
membe~~, and the calling 06 meeting~.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
hereby enacts as follows:-
(1) THAT Section 18.3 of By-Law No. 78-53 be hereby
amended by adding the following Subsection (e)
and (f):-

(e) THAT all correspondence to be dealt with by a
Standing Committee be forwarded upon receipt by
the Town Clerk to the Department Head concerned
for inclusion on the next Committee Agenda, together
with a written recommendation accompanied by support
material for the disposition of same.
(f) THAT all correspondence to be dealt with by Council
be referred to the Town Manager for inclusion with
the next regular meeting of Council with a written
recommendation accompanied by support material for
the disposition of same.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of November, 1978.
