THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 78-10
Being a by-law to appoint a Director of Planning
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the To~~ of Newcastle enacts
as follows:
1. THAT Leonard Milne is hereby appointed Director of
Planning of the Town of Newcastle during the pleasure
of Council.
2. Leonard Milne shall be paid for his services such sum
annually as the Council by Resolution or By-law, from
time to time, determine.

3. The said appointment shall be effective the~wp.nTi~th day
of FooYNa...){7 1978.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME and finally passed this 27th day of
February, 1978.
