being a by-law to acquire those parts of
Lots 29 and 30, Concession S, shown on
the plan of the Township of Clarke, des-
ignated as Parts 1, 3, 6, 7 and 8 on a
Plan and Field Notes of Location CL2168
deposited in the Land Registry Office for
the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10)
as Plan IOR-760.
WHEREAS the Town of Newcastle is desirous of acquiring those
parts of Lots 29 and 30, Concession 5, shown on the plan of the
Township of Clarke, designated as Parts 1, 3, 6, 7 and 8 on a
Plan and Field Notes of Location CL2168 deposited in the Land
Registry Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10)
as Plan IOR-760.

AND WHEREAS Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of
Ontario has issued a patent in favour of The Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle for the above noted property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED that the acquisition of those parts
of Lots 29 and 30, Concession 5 as shown on a plan of the Township
of Clarke, designated as Parts 1, 3, 6, 7 and 8 on a Plan and Field
Notes of Location CL2168 deposited in the Land Registry Office for
the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10) as Plan IOR-760, more
particularly described in the Letters Patent from Her Majesty the
Queen in Right of the Province of Ontario, registered in
Sf' q 1.1-7
said Registry Office as Instrument No. ~ for the price
$100.00, be and the same is hereby ratified.
