BY-LAW NO. 77-88
being a by-law to repeal By-Law No. 77-81
being a by-law imposing special annual
drainage rates upon land in respect of
which money is borrowed under The Tile
Drainage Act 1971.
The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law #77-81, passed on the 7th day of November, 1977 be and
is hereby repealed.
ENACTED and passed this 21st day of November, 1977.
