THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 77-87
being a by-law to authorize the sale of
Part 5 of Plan 10R76l to Mrs. Velma
Kathline Jakeman
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1.
That the property hereinafter described be conveyed
to Mrs. Velma Kathline Jakeman for a total consider-
ation of $193.52:
.
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate lying and being in the Town of
Newcastlet in the Regional Municipality of Durham and
Province of Ontario and being composed of all that
portion of an unnamed street lying easterly adjacent
to Block G according to C.G.Hanning's Plan of the former
Village of Orono, formerly in the County of Durham, more
particularly designated as Part 5 according to Plan
10R-76l deposited in the Land Registry Office for the
Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10) on October 24~
1977 .

The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Deed conveying the aforesaid property to Mrs. Velma
Kathline Jakeman.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 21st day of November, 1977
