THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 77-84
Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area By-Law Number 2l1l of
the former Township of Darlington, as amended.
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
expedient to amend Restricted Area By-Law Number 21ll of the former Township of
Darlington, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS as
follows:
1. Section lID of Restricted Area By-Law Number 2111, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding thereto the following subsection (3), entitled "Special
Provisions"-
"(3) SPECIAL PROVISIONS
(1) TC-1; Lot IS, Concession 6, Darlington
Notwithstanding any provision of Section llD(l) to the contrary, the parcel of
land located in Lot 15, Concession 6 and designated 'TC-l' on the attached
Schedule "X" hereto shall be used for a maximum of one hundred (100) camp lots
only and may also be used for the purpose of a private park, provided that no
buildings or permanent structures may be erected within the fill and construction
limits of the Bowmanville Creek, as designated in the Central Lake Ontario
Conservation Authority's Flood Plain Mapping without the written consent of the
Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority".
2. Key Map 13 of Schedule "A" to By-Law 2111, as amended, is hereby further amended
by changing to TC-l the zone designation of the lands designated "ZONE CHANGE
TO TC-1" on the attached Schedule "X" hereto.

3. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof, subject to receiving
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
