THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 77-78
a by-law to appoint a Town Manager
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1. THAT Albert C. W. Guiler is hereby appointed Town
Manager of the Town of Newcastle during the pleasure
of Council.
2. Albert C. W. Guiler shall be paid for his services
such sum annually as the Council shall bt'resolution
or by-law, from time to time, determine.

3. The said appointment shall be effective the thirty-
first day of October, 1977.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME and finally passed this
24th day of October, 1977.
