BY-LAW NO. 77-68
being a by-law to autt)rize the sale of property,
as more particularly hereinafter described, to
The Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority
WHEREAS The Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority wish to purchase
the property more particularly hereinafter described;
AND WHEREAS The C rpro~~ion of the Town of Newcastle is willing to sell
the property more particul1'::-ly r.qreinafter described to The Central Lake
Ontario Conservation Authority.
NOW THEREFORE BE ENACTED by the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle as follows:
l.
THAT the Corporation sell to The Central Lake Ontario
Conservation Authority, for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
all those lands and premises situate, lying and being composed
of part of Lot 10, Broken Front Concession of the former Town
of Bowmanville (Geographic Township of Darlington, formerly
County of Durham), now within the l:..mits of the Town of Newcastle,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and designated as Parts
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, according to Plan 10R-74l, deposited
in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle
(No. 10) on the 20th day of July, 1977.

2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authori?~d to sign, and affix the corporate
seal on behalf of the Corporation, a deed conveying the aforesaid
property to The Central Lake O~tario Conservation Authority.
