BY-LAW NO. 77-58
being a by-law to amend By-law No. 74-36
being a by-law to set Plumbing Fee Schedule
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Newcastle on the 4th day of
March, 1974, did enact By-law No. 74-36 to set fees for Plumbing Inspections
in the Town of Newcastle; and
WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to amend said Schedule,
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. That Clause 1 of By-law No. 14-36 be amended by adding the following:
Change to Municipal Water Supply
$4.00
Enacted and Passed this l5th day of August, 1977.
