THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law Number 77-5
Being a By-law to amend Zoning By-law Number 1587
of the former Town of Bowmanville
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it adviseable to amend By-law 1587 of the former Town of
Bowmanville, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of New-
castle ENACTS as follows:
1. Map 1 of Schedule "A" to By-law 1587 is hereby
amended by changing to "R" the zone designation
of the lands shown as "ZONE CHANGE TO R" on the
attached Schedule "X" hereto.
2. This By-law shall become effective on the date
hereof, subject to receiving the approval of tbe
Ontario Municipal Board.
