THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 77-48
Being a by-law to authorize the construction of
a railway siding across Toronto Street in the
Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS, the A.V.P. Extrusions Limited desire to have a railway siding
constructed, maintained and operated by the Canadian National Railway Company
across Toronto Street.
THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTED as follows:
1. THAT the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby consents to the
construction, maintenance and operation by the Canadian National Railway
Company of the aforesaid siding on Toronto Street aforesaid.
2. THAT this By-law shall come into use on the said day of the final passing
thereof.
ENACTED AND PASSED THIS 20TH DAY OF JUNE, 1977.
