THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 77-46
Being a by-law to rescind By-Law No. 77-15
WHEREAS the description of the lands in By-Law No. 77-15 were unsuitable
for the purposes of registration;
AND WHEREAS it is intended to pass a new by-law with a proper
description;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to rescind former By-Law No. 77-15.
. NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle,
enacts as follows:-
1. By-law 77-15 passed by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle at its meeting held on the 21st day of March, 1977, be and
the same is hereby rescinded.
By-Law read a first and second time this 20th day of June, 1977.
By-law read a third and final time this . ~ ~~. day of .... .!r:. J!.1. .... J 1977.
