THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE By-Law No. 77-36 Being a by-law to authorize the sale of property, as more particularly hereinafter described, to The Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority. WHEREAS the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority wish to purchase the property more particularly hereinafter described; AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle is willing to sell the property more particularly hereinafter described to The Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority. NOW THEREFORE BE ENACTED by the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as follows: 1. THAT the Corporation sell, to The Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority, for the sum of One dollar ($1.00) all those lands and premises situate, lying and being composed of all of Lot 92 and Part of Lot 93 according to B.F. Perry's Plan of the former Village of Hampton, and part of Lot 18, Concession 5, Geographic Township of Darlington, formerly County of Durham, now within the limits of the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, and being designated as Part 1 according to a Reference Plan registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10) as No. lOR-696. 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign, and affix the corporate seal on behalf of the Corporation, a deed conveying the aforesaid property to The Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority.
