THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 77-35
Being a by-law to repeal By-Law No. 71-37 of the
former Town of Bowmanvi11e, which is a by-law to
declare certain Tax Registration Lands to be required
by the Town of Bowmanville for its own pUrpOSe.
The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts as follows:
THAT By-Law No. 71-37 passed by the Town of Bowmanvi11e on the 4th day of October,
1977, be and is hereby repealed.
Read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of May, 1977.
