THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-law Number 77-29
A by-law to amend By-law 1653 of the former Township of Clarke,
as amended
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
expedient to amend By-law 1653 of the former Township of Clarke, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE, the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS as follows:
1. Map 2 of Schedule nA" to By-law 1653, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing to R-l the zone designation of
the lands designated "ZONE CHANGE TO R-l" on the attached
Schedule nX" hereto.
2. This By-law shall become effective on the date hereof,
subject to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board.
