THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-law Number 77-27
.
A By-law to amend By-law 73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle, as
amended
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it advisable
to amend By-law 73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE, the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS as follows:
1. Plate "A" of By-law 73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle, as amended,
is hereby further amended by changing to CF-2 the zone symbol of the lands
designated "ZONE CHANGE TO CF-2" on the attached Schedule "X" hereto.
2. Plate "D" of By-law 73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle, as amended,
is hereby further amended by adding thereto Column "N" as follows:

by adding to the category "Assembly Hall, Place of Entertainment" the
following provision after item (c):
"except that in the CF-2 zone, only 1.0 parking spaces per
6 fixed seats or fraction thereof is required"
