THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 76-77
A By-law to Restricted Area By-law Number 73-15
of the former Village of Newcastle
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 73-15
of the former Village of Newcastle, as amended;
NOW' THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newoastle ENACTS as follows:
1. Plate "A" to By-law 73-15 is hereby amended by
ohanging to C3-l the zone symbol of the lands
designated "ZONE CHANGE TO C3-l" on the attaohed
Sohedule "X" hereto.
2. This By-law shall become effective on the date
hereof, subject to receiving the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.
