THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 76-76
Pursuant to Section 29a of The Planning Act, the Council of the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts as follows:-
THAT the Minister of Housing is hereby requested to make an order under
Section 29a of The Planning Act in respect of the lands described in
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.
Read a first time this 13th day of December, 1976.
Read a second time this 13th day of December, 1976.
Read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of December, 1976.

SCHEDULE "A"
By-Law No. 76-76
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Newcastle: in the Regional Municipality of Durham,
(formerly in the Township of Clarke, in the County of Durham), and Province
of Ontario, and being composed of part of the South one-half of Lot Thirty-four
(34) in the Seventh Concession of the said Geographic Township of Clarke,
containing by admeasurement 31.23 acres be the same more or less, the boundaries
of the said parcel being more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the Southerly lilnit of said Lot 34 has a bearing of North 74 degrees
00 minutes East and relating all bearings herein thereto;
COMMENCING at an iron bar planted at the point of intersection with a fence
marking the Northerly limit of the South one-half of said Lot 34, with the Westerly
limit of said Lot 34, said iron bar distant Northerly in the last-mentioned
limit, Thirty-Three hundred and Thirty feet (3,330') on a course of North 14
degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds West from the South-Westerly angle thereof;
THENCE North 75 degrees 17 minutes East in the line of a fence marking the
existing Northerly limit of the South one-half of said Lot 34 a distance of
Eighteen hundred and Twelve and Five-Tenths feet (1,812.5') to an iron bar
planted in the line of a fence running Southerly, said fence marking the
existing Easterly limit of said lot 34;
THENCE South 14 degrees 41 minutes 40 seconds East in the line of the said fence
and along the Easterly limit of said Lot 34, a distance of Seven Hundred and
Fifty feet (750') to an iron bar;
THENCE South 75 degrees 17 minutes West a distance of Eighteen hundred and
Fourteen and Nine-Tenths feet (1,814.9') more or less to an iron bar planted
in the Westerly limit of said Lot 34, said iron bar distant Southerly therein
Seven Hundred and Fifty feet (7501) from the Point of Commencement;
THENCE North 14 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds West along the Westerly limit of
said Lot 34, a distance of Seven Hundred and Fifty feet (750') to the POINT OF
COMMENCEMENT.
