The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle
By-law No. 76-68
A By-law to Amend Sohedule tBI to By-law No. 76-30.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to perIni t parki.ng on the north side of
Wellington Street from George Street to Liberty Street (Region Road No.14),
aJ.l in the Town of Bowmanville and
WHEREAS it is aJ.so deemed expedient to prohibit parking on oertain parts
of Mill Street and Churoh Street in the Hamlet of NewtonvUle.
NOW T.t:IJ!i1f.J!W'ORE, the Counoil of the Corporation of The Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows;
(1) That Schedule IB' (Former Town of Bowmanville) to by-law # 76-30 be
and the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the last two lines
as they appear in Seotion 36, so that the said Seotion 36 now reads
as follows,
