THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 76-60
a by-law to amend By-law No. 74-40
establishing a Board of Management
to operate MuseUMs on its behalf.
~~EREAS it is deemed desirable to amend By-law No. 74-40
establishing a Board of Management to operate museums to include the
appointing of a Committee of Management for each Museum:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 74-4J be amended by the addition of the
following section:
7. (j), appoint a Management Committee for each Museum
which shall carry out such duties as directed by
the Town of Newcastle Muset~ Board.
2. THAT By-law No, 74-81, passed on the 18th day of
November, 1974, is hereby repealed,
