BY-LAW NUMBER 76-57
A By-law to amend By-law 1653 of the former Township of
Clarke, as amended
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it expedient to amend By-law Number 1653 of the former
Township of Clarke;
NOW THEREFORE, the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS
as follows:
1. Section 7 of By-law 1653 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the followinq Section 7.3
Special Provisions.
7.3 SPECIAL PROVISIONS
(a) Notwithstanding any pro"~s~ons of this By-law
to the contrary, that part of Lot 24, in Conces-
sion 8 in the former Township of Clarke which is
designated HC-l on Schedule A may be used only for
the purpose of a restaurant and uses accessory
thereto.
2. Map 1 of Schedule A to By-law 1653 is hereby amended
by changing to HC-l the zone symbol of the lands
designated "ZONE CHANGE TO HC-l" on the attached
Schedule "X" hereto.
3. This .'y-law shall become effective on the date here-
of, subject to receiving the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.
