THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW NO. 76- 55 Being a By-law to designate a certain portion of a Registered Plan as not being subject to Part Lot Control WHEREAS the owner of Block C, Plan 698~ has requested the release from the provisions of Section 29(4) of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970, with respect to part lot control on Block C, Plan 698; and WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality is authorized to pass this By-law pursuant to the provisions of Section 29(5) of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970, as amended; and WHEREAS Council deems it expedient to pass this By-law granting relief from part lot control with reference to the said lands; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows: - 1. That subsection 4 of Section 29 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970, shall be deemed not to apply to the lands described in Schedule "A" to this By-law. 2.
