By-Law Noo 76-5
Being a by-1all to establish and maintain Petty
Cash Funds.
WHEREAS Subsection 4 of Section 220 of the ~funicipa1 Act, (R.S.O.
1970, Chapter 284, Section 220) provides that the Council of a Municipality
cay by by-law provide that the Treasurer may establish and maintain a Petty
Cash Fund of an amount of money sufficient to make change and to pay small
accounts, subj ect to such terms and conditions as the by-law may provide;
AND WHERE.t1.S the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:-
1. THAT the following funds be set up:-
(a) Change Funds Dr m'ler A $ 50. 00 v
Dr a\'ler B 50. 00,'"

Darlington Sports Centre 50.00"
Building Inspector 50.00 v
Animal Control Officer 25..00
(b) Petty Cash Fund 40.00

2. THAT By-Lal1 Noo 75-13 be and is hereby repealedo
ENACTED and passed this 16th day of February, 1976..
