HomeMy WebLinkAbout76-45 -~ . e . ~ THE CcniPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW NOo 76-45 A By-law to name a oertain road as SKOPS COURT 0 WHEREAS Kaspa;r Hollen and Angela Margareta Hollen have by Indenture dated the 5th day of July, 1972 and registered in Registry Division of Durham West(No.10) as instrument 55059, on July 7, 1972, granted and oonveyed to the former Town- ship of Clarke a paroel of land oomposed of part of Lot No. 3 in the First Conoession of the Township of Clarke for the purpose of a pu.blio highwsv; ~Aa the Counoil of the Town of Newoastle now deem it advisable to dedioate and name the lands so oonveyed as a publio hi~; NOW ~'ORE the Counoil of The Town of Newoastle hereby ENACTS as follows: 1 . That part of Lot 3, in the first Conoession of the Geographio Township of Olarke, Town of Newoastle, Region of Durham, desoribed in Indenture of oonveye;n.oe dated the 5th d.a\Y' of July, 1972, from Kaspar Hollen and Angela Margareta Hollen to the Corporation of the Township of Olarke and more particularly desoribed in Sohedule A attached hereto and forming part of this by-law, ie hereby named SKOPS OOURT. 20 That part of the original allowanoe for road between lots 2 and 3, Conoession 1 and between lots 2 and 3, Oonoession 2, oommencing at the south limits of King's Highway Noo 2 and extending southerly there- from to a point, measured in and along the east limits of the said lot 3, a distanoe of 250 feet more or less from the north-easterly angle of lot 3, Conoession 1, is hereby named SKOPS COURTo Read a first and second time this 00 ~ ~~ of . 0 . ~ 01.
