BY-LAW NO. 76-40
being a by-law to amend by-law No. 74-29
being a by-law to provide for the licensing
and registration of dogs and for regulating
the running at large of dogs.
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED as a by-
law of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle by the
Council thereof as follows:
I. THAT by-law 74-29 be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
2. (la) Notwithstanding subsection 2 (1) the license fee
for the fourth and each additional dog shall be $50.00.
2. This by-law shall come into effect on the date of the final
reading thereof.

By-law read a first, second and third time and
finally passed this 5th day of July, 1976.
