BY-LAW NO. 76-4
being a by-law to amend by-law No. 74-29
being a by-law to provide for the licensing
and registr-tion of dogs and for regulating
the running at large of dogs.
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED as a
By-law of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle by the
Council thereof as follows:
l. THAT by-law 74-29 be and the same is hereby amended by
deleting Section 4. (7) and substituting the following:
4. (7) The fee for picking up a dog at the request of
the owner and ~sposing of or selling same through
the services of the Animal Control Officer shall be
$8.00 and the fee for disposing of or selling a dog
brought to the Pound shall be $4.00.
2. By-law No. 74-5l is hereby rescinded.
3. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of the final
reading thereof.
