advisa.ble to amend ::By-law 1581 of the fomer Town of Bowmenville, as
amended;
NOW ~~RE the Counoil of the Corpora.tion ot the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS as follows:
1. Seotion 1.16 of By-law 1581 is hereby amended by addi.ng the worda
"'!'he Perld.ng requirements of this sub-seotion sba.ll not a.pply to
arry oommerciaJ. use on any lot abutting the following streets:
1) ICing street from Sougog street to George Street
2) SU ver Street from King Street to CJ:mrch Street
3) Temperanoe street from QIleen street to Churoh Street
4) Division Street from QIleen Street to Church Street."
