THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law Noo 76-27
Being a by-law to authorize the selling of
Lots 22 and 26 of Registered Plan 97
(Township of Darlington) to Kenneth and
Karen Sharpeo
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
be Resolution Noo C-76-334 passed on the 5th day of April, 1976 authorized
the sale of land to Kenneth and Karen Sharpeo
AND WHEREAS it is desirable that a by-law be passed in order to
confirm the action taken by the said Resolution;
Not-l THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED and it is hereby enacted as a by-law
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, by the Council thereof as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and deliver
a Deed of land as described in Clause 2 of this By-law to Kenneth and
Karen Sharpe for the sum of $2,2 350
2. THAT the land referred to in Clause I of this By-law 1s as follows:-
All and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham (formerly in the Township of Darlington, in
the County of Durham) and being co~osed of all of Lot 26 according to
Plan No. 970
This By-Law read a First, Second and Third Time and Finally Passed this
Third Day of May, 19760
