THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 2.6.:2.
A By-law to amend Zoning By-law Number
73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of New-
castle deems it advisable to amend By-law Number 73-15 of the
former Village of Newcastle;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle, ENACTS as follows:
1. Plate "An attached to and forming part of B,.-
law Number 73-15 is hereby amended by changing
to 'Rl' the Zone Symbol of the lands designated
"ZONE CIUNGE'to 'Rl' on the attached Schedule
'X' hereto.
2. This By-law shall become effective on the date
hereof subject to receiving the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.
