By-law Number 76-17
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area By-
law Number 73-15 of the former Village of
Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle deems it advisable to amend By-law 73-15 of the
former Village of Newcastle;
NOW THEREFORE, the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS as follows:
(1) Plate "A" of By-law 73....15 is hereby amended
by changing to C3 the zone symbol of the
lands designated IIZONE CHANGE TO C3" on the
attached Schedule "X" hereto.

This By-law shall become effective on the dated hereof, sub.
jeet to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board.
