By-law Number 76-14
A By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 73-15
of the former Corporation of the Village of Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 73-15
of the former Corporation of the Village of Newcastle;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle ENACTS as follows:
(1) Plate "B" of By-law 73-15 is hereby amended ty adding
to Column 10, Line 3, llNursery School" the following
symbol llIlCp)ll.
(2) Section 6 of By-law 73-15, entitled "Plate IBI,
Permitted Uses in Zones, TextIl, is hereby amended
by adding the following section:.
l1(p) In the CF-l Zone only, a nursery
school in an existing church shall be
a permitted usell
(3) Page 25 of By-law 73-15, entitled "Parking Space Re..
quirement TableIl is hereby amended by adding after
line 1, "Motel and Tourist Establishment" the foll,
owing: \
....
"Nursery School 1.0 parking spaces per
staff member"

(4) Plate "A" of By-law 73-15 is hereby amended by changing
to CF-l the zone symbol of the lands designated "ZONE
CHANGE TO CF-l" on the attached Schedule "X" hereto.
This By-law shall become effective on the date hereof, subject to
receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
